Red Bull Racing V8 Supercar Review

One thing most of us mere mortals will never find out is what it takes to pedal a proper V8 Supercar. But in the lead up to Australia's flagship race, Wheels got to do just that.

Red Bull Racing dropped Wheels editor Glenn Butler into the bull ring with half a million bucks of Craig's own V8 Supercar. How did he do? Watch the video to find out.

  • Wonderful video, enjoyed that. Bit of PR BS talking as if it's actually a commodore. It's not, it's a spec car with chassis, suspensions, gearbox brakes etc all being same for everyone, just slot your own engine in and add panels that look like one of your cars. Not against it, great idea, but let's not pretend its a modified commodore cause it ain't. How about a Range Rover one? Just slot in a range rover V8 of right size and chuck fake mud at it.
