Ferrari’s all-new flagship supercar, the F70, has been spotted testing in Maranello Italy.
Seen here in heavy camouflage, the F70 will replace the aging Enzo hypercar and will undoubtedly be the most powerful production Ferrari ever built.
Details of the new car are scarce, but media reports suggest it will be powered by hybrid system – a first for Ferrari – using a 600kW petrol engine and an additional 75kW of electric power. If these numbers are true, the F70 will be the fastest road-going Ferrari built to date.
It’s not all about raw power, though. The F70 will use Ferrari’s all-new carbon fibre shell, which is designed to keep weight to around 1000kg and increase rigidity by 27 percent.
